You will need your own transport, phone and laptop.

This Franchise is licenced to sell & rent commercial property in the greater western cape area.  Various farming areas available.
We are ideally looking agents that are familiar with these areas.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Hold an (industry standard) salesperson certificate.
Principles of marketing & sales.

Develop professional and consistent selling skills.
Commit to building a client database. Institute a system of maintaining contact with your database.
