Senior HR Officer required at our Golf & Safari Resort in the Waterberg in Limpopo. The candidate must have the following minimum requirements:
At least 5 years experience as a Senior HR Officer/Manager
Relevant Human Resources qualifications: Degree/Diploma
Must have a strong personality and be willing to stay at the Resort full time.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with various department Heads in consultation regarding policies and procedures;
Liaising with Managers with regards to Staff performance and health & safety;
Recruiting staff - this includes developing Job Descriptions, preparing Job Advertisements, checking applications, shortlisting, interviewing and selection.
Preparing Employee Contracts;
Induction for all new employees;
Administrating payroll and maintaining Employee Files;
Submitting payroll schedules to Head Office on a monthly basis with all relevant documentation;
Reporting to the Group HR Manager regarding staffing issues;
Attend to all staff concerns and resolve all staff related issues;
CCMA Referrals and the preparation thereof;
Attend CCMA hearings - conciliation and arbitration on request. Handling all queries from the CCMA and Labour department.
