An upmarket restaurant in Luanda, Angola is looking for a qualified and experienced Executive Sous Chef.

Language: English and Portuguese / Spanish is a plus
5-7 years experience working as a sous chef
Our client is looking for a talented, creative and multi-faceted Sous Chef to work in their small gourmet restaurant in Luanda, Angola. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organisational and kitchen management skills. As you will be working with food, personal hygiene is of the utmost importance. A keen problem solver. Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene procedures, food costing, portioning, menu planning and design, leadership qualities and a strong, positive personality would fit the restaurants’ dynamic perfectly Candidates must be comfortable cooking international and fusion cuisine, knowledge of Asian cuisine is beneficial.
Full time position
Start date - ASAP
Salary - R15,000 per month PLUS travel, accommodation and meals
