Grade 12 or equivalent
Culinary Qualification. Computer Literacy: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
3 - 5 years’ experience working as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant
A valid Drivers License
Your own, roadworthy vehicle
Our client is searching for an individual with excellent cooking and pastry skills. The successful candidate
must be highly organised with strong leadership qualities and management skills. You will be responsible
for coordinating the kitchen, stock control, food costing, menu design, staff management, health and
safety and implementing restaurant policies.
Full time position
Start date - ASAP
Salary - R25000 negotiable depending on experience
