Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities and present the company’s portfolio to the potential clients.
Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals
Conduct independent site visits and create a bill of quantities according to the client’s requirements.
Negotiate best prices with suppliers
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts and account plans; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system
Email all relevant project related documentation to operations
Arrange and attend project launch meetings, attend all formal clients meetings
Grow, retain and maintain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients
Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; track individual contributors and their accomplishments
Protect the organization’s values by keeping information confidential.
Obtain and submit invoices and statements timeously and track payments
