Helpdesk Agent/Scheduler (MKT143)
R12 000 -R15000 per month

This is a contract post (Maternity cover contract) for a period of 4 months only with no view of permanent, must be available to start immediately

Educational requirements:
Grade 12
Call Centre Diploma or similar
Helpdesk Training
A+ Certification
AT least 2 years working experience in helpdesk within an IT/technical environment

Duties and responsibilities:
Logging of calls onto the system
Assigning calls to techies
Following up that calls are attended to
Scheduling techie diaries to enable them to do the work logged
Scheduling technicians to attend to requests
Assign requests to technicians
Follow up with clients after a call was completed
Admin related to closed calls
Liaison with 3rd party providers on issues i.e. Fibre connections down, etc.
Monthly reports to Management and Clients
Must be very organised
Must be good with clients
Work well within a team
High pressure job
Mon- fri 08h00 -17h00
