We have a franchise company looking to open stores accross South Africa. The asking price is from as low as R300,000. This is a brand new concept and as such there are currently no open branches in South Africa.
They provide training for the franchisee and the staff. The franchisee will also be provided with an operations manual which is a step by step guide for all processes. The franchisee will receive support every step of the way. The price includes the necessary equipment and shopfitting. The price will vary depending on the actual premises the franchisee decides on, 40-80 sqm are more than sufficient space. Smaller is possible if the franchisee would only like a walk-in type of store.
Prices can be discussed but a good guide line is that all products will be less in price than KFC, as their processes are streamlined and simplified and therefore production is cheaper. All design work for flyers, ads, posters, specials, etc, are FREE, the franchisee only pays for the printing. The financials provided are only projections and are very conservative. The CEO believes that the concept will do extremely well in South Africa.
