Our client,a large distributing company that distributes machinery, hardware and tools in PINETOWN, KZN, urgently requires the services of a WORKSHOP MANAGER

Duties:-

To ensure the efficient day to day running of the workshop.
To ensure the effective administrative duties.
To ensure the efficient and professional service delivery to customers
To ensure the effective and efficient management of staff.
A strong technical background, skills and knowledge
Knowledge of air tools, hand tools, garage equipment, garden tools, power tools and generators will be advantageous
Basic management and supervisory experience
Extensive experience in running a workshop
Computer Literacy
Strong administration experience and understanding of administration and basic financial concepts
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff

Desired Qualifications / Accreditation:-

Grade 12 / Matric
N3 Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
Trade test qualification would be advantageous
Remuneration:-

R21K CTC - negotiable, according to proven skills & experience
