Manage strategic relationships with business partners. Retention of existing assets under management. Responsible to pro-actively identify opportunities and/ or threats and execute the appropriate strategy in response
Regular engagements with stakeholders. Ensure an excellent client experience, Keep abreast of trends in the industry, Attend and participate in client meetings and do investment report back presentations, Au fait with the Company’s value proposition, suite of products and services, Business/financial qualification with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the investments industry
Excellent knowledge of investments industry and products
Technically proficient in terms of understanding investments
A proven track record in exceptional client relationship management. Able to collaborate and communicate at all levels, build relationships at strategic levels with strategic stakeholders
