Permanent Brand Manager in Retailing

BRAND MANAGER

Brand Manager required within the beauty sector to develop, manage and sustain a profitable portfolio.

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Commercial qualification - Degree/Diploma - pref with marketing
Minimum 2 years Brand Management experience within the beauty sector


Key Job Outputs
Development of a beauty strategy portfolio to ensure sustainable, profitable growth achievement of portfolio volume targets
Achievement of portfolio market share targets
Achievement of portfolio profitability targets
As part of a team assist in management of innovation pipeline with new business development
Margin analysis
Negotiation with suppliers and principal partners regarding profitability objectives
Work closely with MHC regarding funder reimbursement and preferential formulary
Status with provider groups
Establish unique and innovative products
