Permanent Store Manager - Retail Industry in Retailing

Fashion Retail Store Managers
Looking for Store Managers for well known large retailer with retail fashion experience
.
Positions available in all areas e.g. Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West.


Duties
• Achieve sales budgets
• Monitor and address sales targets
• Support and assist with sales and all aspects thereof
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs
• Create and respond to sales opportunities
• Motivate and assist staff to reach targets
• Train staff where necessary
• Ensure that the store and individuals achieve and exceed daily and monthly budgets
• Understanding of daily and monthly targets
• Maintain merchandise levels
• Contribute to customer satisfaction
• Manage and maintain house keeping standards
• Contribute to staff and store performance
• Perform all cashier and sales duties performed when required

Requirements:
• Previous retail experience
• Previous Retail Store Management experience essential
• IR knowledge preferable
• Management of staff
