Permanent Outbound Telesales Consultant in Call Centre

The main purpose of this position is to drive the sale of Nestle products to NP customer’s whilst ensuring effective End-to-End Order-to-Cash process in order to maximize service to customers, while providing relevant information relating to all issues that impact on the maintenance of sound customer relations and the achievement of the agreed sales targets and customer service levels (CSL), while focusing on ROI of Trade Assets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell full range of Nestlι Professional products, ensuring sell up to cases where possible
• Completion of all calls on the daily call lists
• Meeting required targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure that Telesales customer master data & call lists are maintained to ensure accuracy
• Advise sales management of sales, competitor and industry activity
• Assist in training new staff members to the required standards according to the training programme
• Provide data and reports as and when required
• Check all order details to ensure 100% accuracy of order.
• Meet Customer Service Levels as set by management

Key Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification
• 6 months On the Job Experience
• Strong negotiating and selling skills
• Friendly outgoing people’s person
• Assertive & confident
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of sales policies
• Knowledge of OOH and Nestle Professional operations
• Excellent communication skills
• SAP working knowledge
• Team player
