Pasteurizer consists of;
Balance tank to receive the raw milk with level control; Sanitary Centrifugal Pump, Plate Heat Exchanger with 2 -5 sections, Flow control valves, Automatic Flow Diversion Valve, Holding Tube, Control board with Electronics Thermostats and Illuminated Electric Switches and Temperature Recorder.
Cream Separator is use for separating Cream from whole milk, based on Centrifuge force. Cream Separator is operated in Dairies for all products that required controlling the fat contains such as: Skimmed Milk, Standards Milk (1%, 2%, 3% fat), Low-fat Cheese, Standards Cheese (5%, 9%, 12% 15% fat), Cream Cheese and Ice Cream.
The cream should be used to produce Sour-Cream, whipped-Cream and Butte

• 300 L/H – Open type
• 500 L/H – Close type
• 1,000 L/H – Close type
• 2,000 L/H – Automatic Discharge
• 3,000 L/H – Automatic Discharge
• 5,000 L/H – Automatic Discharge
