Description

Our client, a large reputable electrical holding company is looking for the services of a TENDER ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST.
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years experience in sourcing, analyzing, completing, submitting and evaluating ELECTRICAL Tender documentation and reviewing tender results.
Ability to extract necessary market intelligence regarding current and future tenders/projects
Ability to identify risks and opportunities for cost saving during the tender process
Ability to analyse competitive market trends, analyse competitor product information and pricing
High degree of computer literacy (MS Suite) and numerically meticulous
Planning, prioritizing, problem solving skills coupled with exceptional writing skills.
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be a team-player with good communication and negotiating skills
Able to source appropriate tenders (in print and electronic media, in formal and informal market segments).
Ensuring tender compliance and maintain accurate records of all tenders submitted
Experience dealing with Consulting Engineers, Eskom, Government Departments and Sasol Group Companies
