International parking management company is looking for an experienced sales coordinator - Please note this is an admin related position

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable transport (own vehicle)
Must live close to the West / North Rand
Must have excellent PC skills (Excel, Power point, Microsoft word)
Matric essential
Positive inclination and an outgoing personality - (Must be an extrovert)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:-
3-4 years’ Experience in a Sales environment (as a sales coordinator)
Worked in an ISO 9001 certified environment
Experience in the parking management industry would be an advantage

KEY COMPETENCIES:-

Must apply a high level of “attention to detail”.
Tested Verbal and Written communication skills — Excel must be above average
Planning and Time management skills.
Negotiation skills to secure business
Resilience and tenacity.
Stress tolerance.
Goal driven to achieve targets.
Flexibility to work longer hours when needed to get tasks done to the benefit of the company.
Persuasiveness.
Adaptability.


GENERAL:-

Perform any reasonable task allocated by the Companies management Team

Optional Education criteria (open for discussion)

Certificate or Diploma in Sales Techniques.
Knowledge of good Principles and Practices of sales.
Knowledge of Customer Service Principles.
Knowledge of Basic Business Principles.
Knowledge of the Product. — However, this is not key
Knowledge of relevant computer applications, short courses completed
Main Job Tasks and Key Responsibilities/Competencies:-
To carry out all Sales activities in a professional and structured manner for the benefit of the company

Engage with distributors / installers / resellers / owners on sales proposals and negotiations
Technical advice and support above
Formulation of Sales quotes and the professional communication thereof
Telephonically follow up calls on quotes submitted to customers and the proper recording thereof
Maintain sales activity records in Base “Sales Pipeline CRM system” for accurate Sales reporting
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person if required
Perform sales budgets & targets
Ability to conduct a market gap analysis with product offering
Responsible for customer satisfaction and the managing of quality and service delivery in accordance with ISO 9001
Ensure all orders are processed and communicated to buying and dispatch departments. Electronically and verbally
Qualify leads to be able to make inform decisions to formulate justifiable quotes
Source and develop client referrals for Sales Manager
Maintain a customer database, to support marketing department.

Salary package: R18, 000 CTC (Negotiable depending on experience) Plus benefits and commission
