Description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing, directing, supervising and implementing all planning of all various naval training & development activities, programs and making sure Saudi Instructors gain and develop the skills required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prequalify the instructors who will train the naval cadre

Train the Trainer Program Naval Forces on site.

Monitor,manage,supervise, organise and direct all training teams, instructors, all programs, training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.

Develop training programs according to approved methodology and techniques.

Draw up an overall training plan and entry level requirements also anticipate future training and development needs.

Training the concerned cadre on the latest technologies which are approved by the overseas navies on all specified training.

Managing the delivery of training and development programs & activities, also devising a training strategy.

Conduct follow up studies of all completed trainings and monitor evaluate results.

Review and evaluate training and apprenticeship programs for compliance with government standards and ensure that statutory training requirements are met.

Develop Training programs and trainees status reports for line managers, supervisors, trainers and assist them in identifying and resolving performance issues.

Verify that the training stuff have obtained and are maintaining their technical and instructional knowledge & skills.

Help supervisors and trainers solve specific training problems on one to one or in groups.

Establish mutual trust & cooperation between the organisation and all concerned clients.

Attend and participate in all partner meetings, product/service seminars and shows.

Prepare periodical MIS and progress reports.

Perform any other duties related to the job assigned by the direct manager

HUET/EBS Certified

Knowledge in Training Methodology Skills

Knowledge in principles and procedure of Naval Forces Training

Knowledge in First Aid Training

Knowledge in operation and maintenance training

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE

7 - 10 years Navy Experience

Candidates must be between 40 - 50 years only
