Description

My client is a leading retailer who seek an administrator within their personnel division to join their team. You will be responsible for the following functions:

•Compiling Head office feedback (Operations)
•Taking and typing of OPS meetings minutes and Monday Management meeting minutes
•Co-ordinate travel arrangements for Operations
•Maintenance of travel documentation for Operations
•Generate & distribute general correspondence i.e. payslips
•General PA duties i.e. typing, compiling feedback & preparation for Regional meetings
•Personnel Administration of all permanent staff for region (stores)
•Permanent recruitment (Advice on positions, new engagements, salary increases, typing LOA, follow up and distributing)
•Capturing of Leave Requisitions
•Capturing IR Activity
•Capturing Top Team (Perm & WFT staff)
•Compiling Caretaking
•Capturing PDD ratings
•Maintenance of Personnel files
•Generate personnel correspondence
•Processing of UIF forms
•Organising, distributing and copying salary requisition reports
•Processing of Workmen’s Compensation documentation
•Submitting overtime
•Copying and distributing of documentation as required
•Generating of personnel Stats
•Generate information e.g. Divisional diary, birthday list and Telephone list
•Generate & update reports e.g. staff master list, vacancy lists & CPE
•Generate admin reports e.g. Health and Safety, Admin report, Key holder and Till floats
•Generate Stats reports e.g. plan and actual, turnover, stock loss report
•Processing of invoices on Fraxion
•Safekeeping of store keys
•Petty cash
•Answering switchboard as and when required
•Care take other PA responsibilities while they on leave

Key Requirements:
•3-5 years PA Experience
•Relevant qualification and Administration experience
•Telephone etiquette
•Computer literacy is a must
•Team orientation
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment
