Vacancies has arisen for Juniors HR Officers to join our Human Resources Department in Cape Town/ Western Cape. The purpose of the role is to provide a responsive, efficient and professional HR Service to our Company and Employees.
No experience needed.
Training program provided on probation period.
The job holder will be responsible for:
Recruitment & selection of employees at all levels.
Providing support on performance management to the HR Department.
Facilitate the management of talent within the business to ensure that high levels of performance are maintained and that succession plans are in place.
Supporting the Company with organizational re structures and contractual change, if necessary.
Work with the Learning and Development team on improving levels of performance.
Management and development of an HR Administrator and HR Officer.
Developing new HR processes in line with business needs.
_ From Grade 12…
_ You will be highly customer focused, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to gain credibility through building good working relationships.
_ Teachable, willing to learn, positive attitude and problem solving skills.
_ No Criminal records.
