We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join the PORT ELIZABETH MAMBO’s team on a full time basis.
We are looking for customer driven and commercially savvy Store Managers, ones who lead their team in creating inspiring customer moments, maintain the very best store operational standards and ensure customers are advised of the great variety of quality products.
What you’ll do
- Maximise sales by ensuring the team is developed to provide excellent levels of customer service
- Ensure profitability of the store is maximised to achieve core growth
- Act with integrity and be accountable for your work, treat the store like it is your own
- Be agile, proactive and reactive in this commercial fast paced culture
- Maximise sales by ensuring merchandising and promotional material are consistently displayed to the highest standards
- Learn and develop yourself so you are truly able to advise the customers effectively
- Monitor and review the store and the team performance to ensure continuous improvement
- Be a true motivator and inspirational leader
- Have management experience - proven experience of driving sales and profit to reach target within store through the delivery of exceptional customer service, stock management and fantastic people management skills.
