We are looking for Juniors Executives Management. Assistants to provide Administrative support to the Branch Staff and Directors, responsibility of the Customer Support (Clients) and Office Maintenance, his/her direct reports. Work is complex, requiring attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
TRAINING PROGRAM PROVIDED ON PROBATION PERIOD.
Independently prepares reports, presentations and correspondence.
This role also coordinates Staff Meeting (Clients or Applicants).
Collects, compiles and analyzes data in response to special projects.
Arranges all aspects of staff and business meetings, monthly etc…
Manages calendars, screens calls, prepares expense reports if necessary.
Coordinates all aspects of the business performance award program.
This position requires outstanding customer service skills, computer skills and an ability to deal with people at all levels internal and external to the organization on a proactive, professional basis, but not a must. This position also acts as a back up to departmental assistant.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required:
_ From Grade 12…
_ A high degree of self-confidence and organization in a fast-paced, environment is required.
_ Must have the ability to exercise independent decision making skills and the ability to deal with all levels of the organization.
_ A “can-do” team player attitude, with the ability to adapt to change is also necessary.
_ Must be able to employ independent decision making, with the ability to self-direct work, set priorities, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a highly confidential environment.
_ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, teachable, willing to learn and problem solving skills required.
