IBN is a specialist in UK Immigration Services and are expert UK Visa Consultants in South Africa and Kenya, we have over 14 years of experience in providing UK immigration services and assist with these application processes from across the globe.
IBN UK Immigration’s process is a tried and tested one driven towards ensuring successful applications are achieved across the board for our clients. When making contact with us we will perform an initial assessment and ensure the correct and most cost-effective category is being applied for. You will be guided through the entire process by your dedicated UK Immigration adviser. Once a conclusion has been reached and your best option has been decided upon we will then begin the preparation of your application. It is at this point that our case fee is payable. Our case fees vary according to the category being applied for and this fee is provided upfront by your UK Immigration adviser. Once our case fee has been paid and you have engaged in our service, you will then be allocated a UK Immigration Caseworker. Your Caseworker will be given a full briefing on your visa category and qualifying criteria, it is at this stage that you will be issued with a full documentation checklist in line with your specific visa application. Your Caseworker will begin compiling your application with you and once satisfied that your application runs no risk of refusal as well as taking into account your intended date of travel, your Caseworker will then book your appointment accordingly and it is at this stage that the relevant Government fees are payable. You can rest assured that once this process has been concluded and Government fees have been processed we are satisfied that the application runs no risk of refusal. However, should your application not reach the point of submission or if for any reason it runs for refusal, we will not retain our case fee and our case fee will be refunded in full. IBN UK Immigration is a peace of mind service and simplifying the complicated UK legislation and immigration process is our consistent aim. The fact that the relevant UK Government fees are not refunded in the event of a refusal is the reason we suggest starting the process 4-6 months prior to intended date of travel, as we are then able to minimize this risk and reach the intended peace of mind well in advance of submission.
