A top internationally BPO is urgently looking for Call Centre agents with a minimum of 1 year experience dealing with the UK clients.
Minimum Requirements and Experience:
- High level of verbal & written English proficiency, with a neutral accent.
- A minimum of 12 months relevant working experience in a similar role, within a multi-channel (Voice & Email) customer service /contact centre environment with documented proof of positive assessment .
- Preference will be given to candidates who have prior customer service experience with international clients (especially with the UK).
- High level of proficiency in the following Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & Outlook); together with the ability to navigate between multiple screens.

Salary Market Related
Hours Between the hours of 09h00 am — 23h00 pm rotational shifts
Working days Mon- Sun (2 days off)
