Our company developed a unique software programme which is a all in one reservations, accounting and property management package for B&B’s, Lodges, Resort and Hotels. Our head office is based in Pretoria from where we offer technical support to all our clients.
We are seeking a support consultant for a permanent position.
Technical support (telephonic)
Training (should be comfortable dealing with people in English and Afrikaans)
Travelling to clients including Mozambique, Botswana etc.
Must have experience in reservations, point-of-sale, inventory and accounting in the hospitality industry (compulsory)
Fluent in windows
Must be willing to use private vehicle for travelling purposes and have a valid driver’s license
Salary will depend on qualifications and experiences obtained
Good people skills
Good administrative skills
