I am looking for an experienced GENERAL MANAGER for a super busy Franchise family restaurant in the heart of Claremont.
Essential to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar setting.Essential to be familiar with franchisee standards
Managing ALL staff in including the Kitchen.
Managing orders and deliveries as well as floor, seating and waiting staff.
Financial responsibility and ability to read and understand income statement
Send reports to head office
Rostering and shift allocation
Opening and closing procedures
Overseeing closing duties
All FOH and BOH admin
Excellent knowledge on PILOT including back end
Maintain excellent customer service
Staff Disciplinary issues
Reduce wastage and maintain food costs
Maximization of profit
