The guesthouse was built in 1904 in a Cape - Dutch style and is currently the
only historic house converted to guesthouse in Zeerust!
These rooms were stables back in the day, now they are luxurious double bed
rooms that will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive, every room has
been tastefully decorated with emphasis on comfort and tranquility.

Dreyer. Here one arrives as a stranger and leaves as a friend! If you just want
to relax and breathe in the fresh bushveld air, you can go and lose yourself in
our beautiful garden.
Security: Special attention has been paid to security and safety. Parking
is in a safe and secure area, with night guards.
Tourist Attractions
Zeerust central region: Mixed farming and mining of minerals (lead and
chrome) are the backbone of the economy in the bushveld town of Zeerust.
Madikwe game reserve: Madikwe game reserve is about 70 000 hectares of
bush land, about 3 hours’ drive from Johannesburg. It is one of SA’s largest and
most popular game reserves and serves as home for cheetah’s, wild dogs, hyenas,
lion, elephant, black - and white rhino’s, buffalo, zebra, giraffe and many more
wild species.
Groot Marico: The Rustic town of Groot Marico is a typical North West
Town, brimming with historical charm and atmosphere. The Marico district, made
famous through the books of Herman Charles Bosman and the colorful characters he
invented, is the land of Mampoer, breathtakingly strong spirit distilled from
fruit.
