Our Movement Studio is born out of the love and need of moving the body through various movement forms of activity, namely Aerial Yoga, Nia, Yoga and Pilates.
We will be offering classes and workshops where people can come experience and educate themselves through mindful movement to love their bodies. Finding health and wellness as they integrate their bodies and mind, which in turn enhances their lives. A place where they can experience joy and be in the moment, dedicating an hour or two to themselves in a safe space and comfortable environment. Where they are encouraged to just be - no judgment or expectation.
