Established point of sale software house is looking for a first line technician with the following skills:
Strong Microsoft Windows knowledge across all platforms of the software (Server experience an advantage)
Strong Networking skills including creation and troubleshooting of networks (N+ recommended)
Strong general IT support and hardware troubleshooting (A+ recommended)
Strong troubleshooting mindset
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Own reliable vehicle a requirement for the position.
Preference will given to candidates with previous point of sale system support experience.
Duties of the position include but are not limited to:
Answering and logging first line support support calls as well as the resolution there of.
Hardware troubleshooting, repair and installation.
On site support for software and hardware problems.
Full in house training will be provided for the in house software suite.
