Strategic Third Party Alliance Manager
The Strategic Third Party Alliance Manager is responsible for identifying and developing relationships with new ISV partners from initial discussions through to successful integration and “go-to market” / launch phase.
The successful candidate will possess of strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Knowledge of the workings of an accounting practice and accounting systems such as Quickbooks and Pastel will be advantageous.
Sound negotiation and outstanding presentation skills are key to being successful in this role.This role will suit someone with solid web business analysis experience. You will need to have a good understanding of product and user experience analysis and have the ability to work autonomously on a number of projects at any one time.
Analyzing product suggestions and identifying possible product functionality limitations. Identifying and recruiting capable ISV partners with proven development track records to assist in addressing limitations.
Arranging meetings with various stakeholders to plan product API, testing and roll out.
Managing stakeholder responsibility and keeping to deadlines thus ensuring all stakeholders honor contractual obligations.
Enthusiasm for building strong relationships and rapport with accounting partners
Assisting in product and new feature launches.
A strong eye for detail is essential.
Documenting findings into specifications that will be used for development and testing.
Working closely with Developers and QA to ensure they have correctly interpreted the specifications.
Where required, working closely with the Product Managers to monitor and manage the progress of specific project teams.
Manage concurrent pieces of work and prioritise the effort on each according to the roadmap and other dependencies.
Superior architectural knowledge with extensive Microsoft technology experience.
Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.Net MVC and SQL Server.
Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Entrepreneurial minded. Go getter.
Experience with software as a service, cloud, development background.
The ability to work independently.
Required Experience & Education
BS or BA in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years successful experience in a previous API role.
Experience with computers and applications software, including Quickbooks, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and CRM databases.
Strong knowledge of cloud based applications.
