About the role
We are looking for customer focused individuals to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. You will be dealing with large volumes of customer enquiries over the telephone, via email, SMS and chat as well as social media. You will deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast paced environment, as well as being flexible enough to support other service teams if needed.
Handling a high volume of customer queries: mainly by telephone, email and SMS
Adhering to departmental and organisational policy and procedures
Delivering a high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers
Using IT systems including Salesforce CRM to process information
Assisting and supporting other Customer Service work streams when needed
Keeping up to date with product knowledge
Dealing with dissatisfied customers and escalating to management when appropriate

This is a permanent role
Requires some shift and weekend working (shifts may cover hours from 0900-1700 and weekends 0900-1400).
On-call shifts to cover programme delivery times (with additional payment)
Willingness to travel to our regional offices if required
