• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Call Centre experience 8 months to 2 years (must be outbound) / Hard core selling.
• Computer skills (typing skills - the ability to type with accuracy and speed) / Data Capturing
• Selling skills and objection handling skills
read a script fluently in English at point of interview).
• Experience in selling Insurance (is a plus)
• Experience in selling cell phones (is a plus)
• The ability to handle pressure.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Telephonic Etiquette is essential.
• Highly motivated and driven individuals.
