The Call Centre is the heart of the company. It is the epi-centre of our business and often the initial point of contact for our customers. It is therefore important that any person that is employed as a Call Centre Agent meets specific criteria with regards to professional telephony manners.
Duties of the role include the following:• Provide professional services to existing and potential customers;• Attend to all customer queries expediently;• Uphold the image and good name of the Group;• Answer calls within three rings;
