Main purpose of the role:
You will deal with a variety of inbound calls from UK customers who wish to discuss various concerns relating to services, billings, deliveries and general queries. You will be required to respond to customers verbally in a professional manner and provide an effective and efficient solution to customers.
• Minimum of 9 months - 1 year customer service experience (Preferably within a contact center) / 1-2 years working experience within related industries.
• Excellent command of English language (neutral accents)
• Ability to work shifts essential
• Matric essential
• Clear criminal and credit background
