Seeking a very capable Personal Assistant to work for a CEO of a successful Civil Construction related company with +-30 staff
-more than 3 years’ experience;
-Own transport will be advantageous;
-Willing to work extended hours;
-Very organised and maintain an exceptional, neat and orderly filing system;
-Handle a lot of financial related admin, creating spreadsheet reports, collating expenses etc.;
-Be computer savvy, able to work on Excel, Word, formatting docs, email, learn new computer software with ease;
-Be able to co-ordinate travel bookings, book and change flights online;
-Screen calls, liaise with company staff, excellent communication is key;
-Take calls and catch up on work after hours;
-Handle personal tasks and errands where required;
-You should be a very capable individual, able to handle tasks of multiple nature.
-The company head office is in Mafikeng. You would be working in the Upington branch, often alone. You should be self-motivated and willing and able to work independently and under pressure.
-Salary is negotiable based on experience
