Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the below:

Telephone:

Project good communication skills and announcing the organisation’s name when answering incoming calls
Be accurate when transferring calls, ensuring that the calls are transferred to the respective individuals
Be accurate when dealing with queries, make sure you know for which department the call is for before transferring
Ensure that you encompass sound knowledge of various job functions so as to correctly transfer calls
Deliver messages to respective individuals promptly
Client interaction:

Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to the relevant staff
Ensure that visitors are signed in effectively
Staff information:

Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation
Packages:

Receiving courier packages
Informing relevant individuals/departments about packages received
Distributing packages to relevant individuals/departments
