Managing reception which includes liaising telephonically and face to face with staff and clients.
Answering all incoming calls and emails handling all queries.
Receiving, distributing and processing all incoming and outgoing mail as well as various documentation.
Responsible for liaising with courier companies regarding deliveries and responsible for other general administration that may be required from time to time.
Capturing various information and data when required.
Coordinating various function rooms for meetings.
Minimum requirements for the role:
Must be able to speak English fluently.
Minimum matric qualification is essential.
Must have a bubbly, outgoing and confident personality as will be the face of the company.
