Description

Key performance areas:  
Perform Administration
• Maintaining a standard filing system (including electronic files and folders)
• Ensuring safe custody and retention of Customer Files
• Maintaining and monitoring attendance registers and leave forms
• Co-ordinating travel arrangements and bookings
• Liaising with vendors with regards to support issues, updates, invoices etc.
• Completion and submission of monthly schedules
• Reception duties  
• Filing of reports, taking and filing of minutes
• General Data capture/Database updates
• Financial Administration (Capturing invoices etc,Filing and follow-up of financial issues)
• Banking and receipting
• Petty cash
• Perform quality assurance inspections on customer files (electronic and hard copy)
• Co-ordination and management of Customer Surveys
• Maintaining and updating manuals/internal communications/marketing material
• Involvement in sales process
• Answering client calls
• Telesales where applicable
Assist in Reporting
• Co-ordinating, Collating, binding and distribution of Customer packs
• Co-ordinating & Facilitating Management reporting within the department
Competencies required:
• Extremely good interpersonal skills

• Ability to work on his/her own, self motivated
• Good time management skills
• Good organisational skills
• Dependable, willing to learn and ambitious
• Strong Excel/Word proficiency
• Valid driver’s licence and OWN reliable transport
• Fluent in English, additional languages advantageous
• Well dressed – front office appearance
Knowledge required
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Suite
• Insurance knowledge would be a plus but is not essential
Qualifications and experience
• Matric + relevant qualification + minimum 0-1 years work experience
• Experience in an administrative position is an advantage
Remuneration
• R4500 basic plus commission
Working hours
• 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am to 1pm
