An exciting position has risen for an Administration to join a high profile Property Service Company.
The role provides administrative support to the operations and clients service team ensuring the effective & smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the Manager of Operations your responsibility includes
- Ensuring the successful day to day operations of the contracts & work assigned to the staff,
- Liaise with company staff, contractors and clients to identify and response to clients needs,
- Coordinate, administer and maintain records of all contractors and clients agreements
- Follow up quotes
