REQUIREMENTS
o Relevant qualification
o Must be familiar with FMCG environment.
o Ability to work with speed under pressure
o Attention to detail
o Aptitude for numbers: numerical, statistical and data-handling tasks
o Excel skills
o Excellent interpersonal skills
o English communication skills

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION
o Problem invoices are resolved with Supervisor
o Signing off of sales invoices and daily summary sheets to bank recon
o Sequence control of controls and stock at branch
o Balancing/ preparing of daily/month end and management reports
o Error identification and correction
o Processing of claims
o Email correspondence
o Good Communication skills to handle and settle queries
o Report and communicate with manager daily

Salary R10 000 pm
