Our pole and aerial fitness classes are strategically designed in such a manner as to ensure that you gain strength and avoid injury. Each of our 90 minute classes are structured to achieve the best results. We begin with a 30 minute warm up consisting of mobilization, a quick pulse raiser, followed by class specific stretching and conditioning. We then go on to a 50 minute pole or aerial repertoire. Closing off with a proper cool down and stretching. This is to achieve the ultimate workout with maximum results.
