Join us at The Art of Movement (Greenside) on Saturday mornings for a slow yet intense Pilates class with Renate. Not sure if Pilates is for you? Do you:
1) Suffer with weak core and low muscle tone?
2) Prone to injury or suffering with a current injury
3) Need post-physiotherapy rehabilitation
4) Interested in exercise but are not up for high cardio workouts
5) Enjoy yoga…but chanting and all that eastern stuff is not really for you.
6) Just looking to exercise :)
